Q1. Discuss the five
key principles of change management.

organization’s overall vision and strategy.
Effective Communication:
Tailored

Feedback
Mechanisms: Open channels for feedback help organizations to identify potential

Stakeholder Involvement:

Participation:

Training and Support:

Presentation: Be analytical in your selection of the information for your
answer. Give adequate attention to the introduction and the conclusion. Make
