Q1. Discuss the five key principles of change management.

Consistent Communication: Leaders must communicate consistently about why the change is necessary, the benefits of the change, and how it aligns with the organization’s overall vision and strategy.

Effective Communication:

Tailored Messaging: Different stakeholders might need different types of information, so messages should be tailored appropriately. For example, a frontline worker may need to know how the change affects their daily job, while a manager might need to know how the change impacts departmental goals.

Feedback Mechanisms: Open channels for feedback help organizations to identify potential issues early and adjust strategies accordingly.
