Question 1: Do you think that the cyberspace and IPR are interlinked with each other. If yes, in what manner? If no, then how these are independent?

Question 2: Because of its facilitation of privacy, and the diminution of privacy attendant on its prohibition, cryptography is also of considerable interest to civil rights supporters. But there have been a lot of controversial legal issues surrounding cryptography. Please throw light on such legal issues.

Question 3: Policy must primarily reflect what is necessary for good security. Do you agree? How you will work out to prepare the security policy for making the organization free from the cyber crimes.

There are five questions in each assignment, all carry equal marks. Attempt all the questions in not more than 500 words (each). You will find it useful to keep the following points in mind:

Planning: Read the assignments carefully. Go through the units on which they are based, make some points regarding each question and then rearrange them in a logical order

Organization and Presentation: Be analytical in your selection of the information for your answer. Give adequate attention to the introduction and the conclusion. Make sure that your answer is logical and coherent; has a proper flow of information.
